When a lead, referral, prospect falls off your primary contact list, they basically have either put you on hold without any communication. They just plain said NO to the opportunity, business that was presented not being interested at the time.
Then you move them to the “Out of the funnel” list which contains “ALL” your contacts that failed to join your success team . You should work that list atleast once a month depending on your schedule. There a varies ways to reach out either by sending them an occasionally email, phone call, postcard all depends on Your technique.
Another way to work this list is to make sure that you always ask the following questions:
- What are some of your life goals you really want to achieve?
- Do You have a specific time frame for those goals?
- How much money do you think is needed for those goals?
- Is there anyway I can help, assist, partner with you to achieve those goals?
Lastly set up a follow up call with them for the exact date given by the prospect just a very simple friendly call to check their current status.
